The deep blues, copper and white/cream flowing shapes have a depth that draws us into a state of reflection or reflective meditation. Within the painting I see shapes reflecting in a pool like other shapes. The surface of this piece is high gloss, glass-like resin which gives it a physical reflection as well. It can be displayed horizontally if the owner likes, as that is the way it was originally painted. I turned it to vertical and liked it even better. Depends on one’s taste entirely.
